Application Notes:
This fatty acid methyl ester mixture contains cis and trans isomers of
several fatty acids in methylene chloride for the qualitative
identification of unknowns. The product is a naturally occurring
mixture from soybean and is an excellent standard for identifying
unknown fatty acid isomers in samples. Because it is extracted from
natural sources, relative peak sizes for the mixture may vary from lot to
lot. This is a qualitative mixture and should not be used for quantitative
purposes.
